Food Cart Operator

Responsibilities

• Open, operate, and close the breakfast cart daily to standard
• Prep, cook, and plate all menu items fresh to order
• Maintain food safety and hygiene at all times
• Handle customer service with a warm, professional manner
• Manage stock, track daily sales, and flag shortages
• Keep the cart clean, stocked, and on-brand

• Confident in a fast-paced food environment
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
• Friendly with all and potential customers 
• Takes pride in food quality and presentation
• Can work early mornings and weekends
• Able to multitask

Requirements

• Valid food handler's permit 
• Culinary background
• Early morning availability 
• Based in or near Montego Bay
