Roles & Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist managers and supervisors in the interpretation and administration of human resource policy.
- Administer recruitment activities, including employee orientation, documentation, etc.
- Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing ones.
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics.
- Assist in the management of onboarding plans.
- Assist in the planning of staff training programs.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation and follow-through on activities related to performance management.
- Maintaining employee digital records.
- Adhere to laws and regulations as per the local Ministry of Labour & Social Security.
- Support staff engagement activities and initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field; Additional HR education and certification will be a plus. Project Management certification is not required but would be beneficial.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant industrial environment.
- Demonstrable track record of working within a highly target-driven environment with the ability to plan/manage their work schedule.
