Employment Information

Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Advise and assist managers and supervisors in the interpretation and administration of human resource policy.  
  • Administer recruitment activities, including employee orientation, documentation, etc.  
  • Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing ones.  
  • Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics.  
  • Assist in the management of onboarding plans.  
  • Assist in the planning of staff training programs.  
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation and follow-through on activities related to performance management.  
  • Maintaining employee digital records.  
  • Adhere to laws and regulations as per the local Ministry of Labour & Social Security.  
  • Support staff engagement activities and initiatives  

Requirements & Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field; Additional HR education and certification will be a plus. Project Management certification is not required but would be beneficial.    
       
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant industrial environment.    
       
  • Demonstrable track record of working within a highly target-driven environment with the ability to plan/manage their work schedule.
