Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon booking system
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle client communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Support daily front desk and administrative operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with stylists and team members to ensure smooth client flow
- Promote salon services and products when appropriate

- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
