We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that create value for clients.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing accounts within the hospitality, tourism, and food service sectors. The successful candidate will develop strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and position the company’s products and services as preferred solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, attractions, and related industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Account Management & Customer Relations

  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and account reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Product & Industry Representation

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert product recommendations tailored to client requirements.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, industry conferences, and customer functions.
  • Promote new product launches and marketing initiatives to target customers.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging industry opportunities.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to support business development and product improvement initiatives.
  • Identify market gaps and recommend strategies to enhance the company’s competitive position.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales, business development, distribution, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Preferred

  • Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, resorts, villas, or tourism-related businesses.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, procurement processes, and commercial supply requirements.
  • Established network within Jamaica’s hospitality and tourism industry.
