KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Generate revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide information and respond to customer queries.
• Report any incidents, mishaps, or accidents.
• Process and submit invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Secondary-level education.
• Four (4) CXC subjects, including English Language and a numeric subject.
• Minimum of three (3) years' sales and driving experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Number of new clients acquired.
• Client retention and satisfaction rates.
• Lead-to-sale conversion rates.
• Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
