Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily store operations
  • Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
  • Prepare reports and assist with scheduling and operational planning
  • Support promotional activities and in-store events
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

     

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management and sales tracking
  • Strong customer engagement and team-building skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
