Wholesale Account Executive

Employment Information

THE ROLE  

  • Work an assigned territory through cold and warm outreach, in-person visits, and disciplined follow-up.  
  • Close wholesale orders, present the full catalogue, and drive larger baskets on every deal.  
  • Own each account from first call to reorder. The relationship is yours.  
  • Log all activity and pipeline, and hit a daily live-conversation target.  

WHO WE WANT  

  • Proven field sales into bars, clubs, lounges, and convenience. A background with Pepsi, Red Stripe, rum, or beverage distribution is exactly the profile.  
  • Tobacco or cigarette field sales experience is ideal: same buyer, same shelf, same route. 
  • Someone who owns existing trade relationships and knows the route. A hunter, not an order-taker.  

COMPENSATION 

  • Base salary: competitive monthly base at market median, guaranteed from day one. This is your ramp protection while the pipeline builds.  
  • Commission: percentage of collected wholesale revenue on your accounts, stacked on top of base, uncapped.  
  • Quarterly bonus: kicker on new accounts opened, rewarding doors opened, not just reorders.  
  • On-target earnings: a strong rep earns well into seven figures annually. The base is guaranteed; the upside is yours to build.
